Terms & conditions.
Last updated: 30 October 2026
Business correspondence address: to be confirmed before public launch. A full trader identity and geographical correspondence address must be supplied before a booking contract is made. These terms cover consumer bookings; no booking or payment is completed automatically on this website.
1. The service provider
The service is offered under the trading name Tony’s Mobile Valeting Services, based in Norwich. Contact Tony on 07578 875661 or enquiry@tonysmobilevaletingnorwich.co.uk. The trader’s full legal identity, correspondence address and any applicable registration or VAT information will be provided before you enter a contract.
2. Enquiries and booking confirmation
An enquiry is a request for a quote, not a confirmed appointment. A booking is agreed when you and Tony confirm the service, vehicle, location, date and time and total price. Tony will supply the agreed information and applicable cancellation rights in a form you can keep, such as email or text. Please check it and raise any errors before the visit.
3. Packages, quotes and payment
Mini valet and full valet prices and package descriptions on this website are provisional estimates. The interior deep clean starts from £120 and includes everything in the mini and full valet plus the listed deep-cleaning work. Vehicle size, condition, staining and pet hair can affect the total price.
The final consumer quote will state the total payable including any applicable taxes and agreed additional charges. No extra work or charges will be added without your agreement. If the vehicle differs materially from its description, Tony will discuss any revised scope and price before starting; you do not have to accept additional work. Payment method, due date and any deposit terms will be agreed before booking. This website takes no payment.
4. Coverage and access
Coverage is all areas of Norwich and surrounding locations within a five-mile radius, subject to postcode confirmation and availability. You must have permission for the vehicle to be cleaned at the location and provide safe, lawful space and reasonable access. Water, electricity and parking arrangements will be confirmed in advance. Tell Tony about access restrictions, delicate finishes, existing damage or specialist materials before work begins.
5. Preparing your vehicle and expected results
Please remove valuables, personal possessions and child seats before the visit where possible. Tony will discuss any items that restrict access. Tell Tony about sharp objects, bodily fluids, mould or other hazards in advance so he can assess whether the work can safely be accepted. Photographs on the website are illustrative, not a record of Tony’s previous work.
The service will be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Cleaning results depend on age, materials and condition. Permanent stains, scratches, wear and ingrained odours may not be fully removable. Shampooed areas may remain damp; drying conditions and any aftercare will be discussed. No particular drying time is guaranteed.
6. Changing or cancelling your appointment
Contact Tony as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. No automatic cancellation fee is imposed by these website terms. Any separate cancellation arrangement must be explained and agreed before booking, be fair and respect your statutory rights. Tony may need to postpone unsafe work or reschedule because of weather, illness or access problems. He will contact you to arrange an alternative; if no suitable alternative is agreed for an unperformed service, any payment for that service will be refunded.
7. Your statutory right to cancel
For eligible service contracts agreed by phone, email, text or away from business premises, you normally have 14 days after the day the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. To cancel, send a clear statement to the email above, or call or text Tony. You may use the model form below but do not have to.
If you expressly request work to start during that period and cancel after it starts, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for work properly supplied up to cancellation, where the required information and consent were provided. You lose the cancellation right after full performance only if you expressly requested early performance and acknowledged in advance that the right would be lost on completion. Booking a date alone does not replace those consents.
Refunds due under these rights will be made without undue delay and within the applicable 14-day statutory period, normally using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee.

8. Problems, damage and your consumer rights
If something is wrong, contact Tony with the booking details and, where useful, photographs. Please raise concerns promptly so they can be assessed. There is no short reporting deadline that removes your statutory rights. If the service is not carried out with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to repeat performance or an appropriate price reduction under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
9. Privacy and website information
See the privacy policy for information handling. Website content may be updated, but a later change does not alter an already agreed booking without your agreement. Prices and terms should be checked at the time of booking.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers elsewhere in the UK retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts of their home jurisdiction where applicable.
